Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Kerps and Dekan storefront tools for sellers and buyers.
Use of the service
Sellers are responsible for accurate product listings, fulfillment, customer support, and compliance with applicable laws. Buyers must provide accurate checkout and delivery information.
Payments
Buyer payments are routed through Munsif and supported payment processors. Orders are confirmed only after server-side payment verification.
Messaging
By placing an order or contacting a seller, buyers may receive transactional messages about their order through supported messaging channels.
Limitations
Kerps may suspend abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or unsafe use of the service. The service is provided as available, subject to maintenance and provider availability.
