Data Deletion Instructions
Kerps supports requests to delete or correct personal information associated with Dekan orders and business messaging.
How to request deletion
Email info@kerps.net with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the phone number, email address, or order reference connected to the request.
Verification
We may ask for information needed to verify that the requester is authorized to make the request.
Processing
We will delete or anonymize eligible information unless retention is required for payment reconciliation, tax, security, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
